Texas Governor, Rick Perry Welcomes Visitors and Texans Alike to the Inaugural Texas International Firearms Festival (TIFF)

Two-day Texas Gun Fest event, scheduled for November 8 and 9, features top firearms manufacturers, Austin City food, plenty of action and fun for the entire family.

LIBERTY HILL, TX (July 2014) – Texas Governor, Rick Perry is the latest public figure and celebrity to welcome the Texas International Firearms Festival (TIFF) to Austin, Texas, on November 8-9, 2014. The two-day event to be held at Best of the West Shooting Sports outside of Austin, Texas- features America’s top firearms and firearms accessory manufacturers.

Attendees will be able to test-fire handguns, rifles and shotguns from ArmaLite, Advanced Armament, Barrett, Beretta, FNH, GLOCK, Henry Repeating Rifles, McMillan, PWS, SIG SAUER, SilencerCo, the Silencer Shop, SlideFire, Springfield Armory, Tracking Point, Underground Tactical, Winchester and others. Shopping for firearms accessories and gear will be available at a tented retail village during the event. Performance shooter and TIFF organizer and spokesperson, Kirsten Joy Weiss will be on hand during the festival.

In an official greeting for TIFF attendees, Texas Governor Rick Perry called the Lone Star State, “a bastion of personal freedom and well-known for our proud support of our precious Second Amendment rights. Texas is a perfect home for this festival, an event that brings together members of the gun community from all across our country.”

Tickets are still available in a One-Day, Weekend and VIP pass format. The One-Day Pass at $59.00 provides attendance either Saturday the 8th of November or Sunday, the 9th, plus access to the 30 + dedicated firearm demonstration try & buy bays and the retail village and Austin Food Truck village (food and beverages not included in ticket price). The Weekend pass at $95.00 allows visitors all the benefits of the One-Day pass on both weekend days. The VIP Pass at $150.00 allows access both days, preferred parking, admission to a VIP lounge and a complimentary lunch & beverage (non-alcoholic) both days, plus all the other activities enjoyed by the One-Day and Weekend passes. The Texas International Firearms Festival is a rain or shine event.
