GLOCK Asia Pacific Wins Armed Forces of the Philippines Solicitation

SMYRNA, GA. – Sep 25, 2017 – (ArmsVault.com) – After extensive testing the Department of National Defense of the Republic of the Philippines has declared the GLOCK 17 Gen4 as the winner of its solicitations to buy new service pistols for the Armed Forces of the Philippines. GLOCK has won this solicitation against international competition. As a result of the contract GLOCK will deliver 74,861 pistols and the same quantity of GLOCK safety holsters.

Together with other recently won international solicitations this will make Glock, Inc. the biggest exporter of pistols from the United States.

With a quantity of 74,861 GLOCK safety holsters, this is the biggest holster contract in GLOCK’s company history.
