The Gun Rights Policy Conference (GRPC) is an annual event held by the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms (CCRKBA). This conference provides the opportunity to network and plan pro-gun rights strategies for the coming year.
