Franchi Becomes Official Rifle and Shotgun of Outdoor Channel’s Nick’s Wild Ride
Host Nick Hoffman to represent Franchi at 2019 NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits
ACCOKEEK, Md. – (ArmsVault.com) – Franchi announces its partnership with Outdoor Channel’s host and star of Nick’s Wild Ride – Nick Hoffman. The award-winning outdoor show follows country music artist Nick Hoffman as he travels the world to explore the sights, sounds, food, culture and music of the places he hunts and fishes. The partnership makes Franchi the official rifle and shotgun of Nick’s Wild Ride.
As part of the new partnership, Hoffman will represent Franchi at the 2019 NRA Annual Meeting and Exhibits at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, on April 26-28. Hoffman will be on hand in the Franchi booth (No. 6648) to showcase some of the latest offerings from Franchi. To celebrate the new partnership, Hoffman will also serve as the point person for a Franchi giveaway where show attendees will have a chance to win a Franchi Momentum rifle.
To register for the giveaway, visitors will need to locate Hoffman to receive a unique deer tag and raffle ticket. Hoffman will have set times to be in the Franchi booth but will roam the show floor and visitors will have to track him down via Franchi or Nick’s Wild Ride Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages. A show floor map with Hoffman’s current location throughout the show will also be in the Franchi booth to help guide attendees to the TV host to register.
The winner will be announced at the Franchi booth on Saturday, April 27 at 4:00 p.m. Registrants for the giveaway will need to attend the drawing to be eligible to win. The winner will get to choose the caliber of choice for a new Franchi Momentum rifle.
Franchi delivered its rich heritage of Italian craftsmanship and innovation to the bolt-action rifle market with the introduction of Momentum in early 2018. Built from the ground up with ergonomics in mind, the Momentum is designed to be an extension of the body, regardless of shooting position. The stock combines raised curves and crisp checkering at strategic places along the rifle, delivering the most ergonomic feel and positive hold in the five most commonly used shooting positions.
The rifle’s one-piece bolt is spiral fluted and features three locking lugs for solid lockup to deliver increased accuracy. The bolt has a short, 60-degree throw for faster cycling and is easy to disassemble when cleaning. Offering 4+1 capacity (3+1 for .300 Win. Mag.), the Momentum sports a hinged floorplate magazine.
