Shell Shock Technologies’ NAS3 Casings Used in New Snap Cap Training Rounds by FORG3D Solutions

Magnetic Freedom Training Rounds, featuring Shell Shock Technologies’ casings, are easier and safer to recover from the range floor.

Westport, Conn. – (ArmsVault.com) – Shell Shock Technologies, LLC., an early stage technology and manufacturing company focused on developing innovative case technologies for the ammunition industry, announces that FORG3D Solutions has introduced its Freedom Training Rounds featuring Shell Shock Technologies’ revolutionary NAS3 casings.

Shell Shock NAS3 Casings

FORG3D Solutions’ Freedom Training Rounds are great for firearms proficiency training. Shooters can use them for “ball and dummy drill,” at home dry-fire sessions or incorporated into current malfunction drills or skill tests. These snap cap rounds can help improve firearms skills and are easier and safer to recover from the range floor, either as a firearms instructor or during self-training.

The Freedom Training Rounds are made from US-made plastics and US-made NAS3 Shell Shock Technologies cases, designed and assembled by a US Veteran on Dillon Precision reloading machines. Available in 9mm caliber in high-visibility yellow, pink or patriot (red/white/blue) in quantities of 10, 100 or 1,000+. Quick and safe recovery with a magnetic pick-up tool makes it safer and easier for shooters to see and recover Freedom Training Rounds.

“We are truly excited and proud to have our casings be part of the magnetic Freedom Training Rounds launch from FORG3D Solutions. This is the first manufacturer that has taken our unique casing and applied it to the snap cap round,” said Craig Knight, CEO of Shell Shock Technologies.

About Shell Shock’s NAS3 Cases:

Shell Shock’s NAS3 9mm cases are 50 percent lighter than brass cases, offer greater lubricity and will not abrade, clog, foul, wear-out or damage breach and ejector mechanisms. The cases offer greater corrosion resistance, tensile strength (2x stronger) and elasticity than brass. NAS3 cases will not split, chip, crack or grow (stretch) and are fully reloadable (using S3 Reload dies) and can be reloaded many more times than brass cases. NAS3 cases have been tested successfully by customers to pressures over 70k psi. NAS3 cases can be picked up with a magnet. The head can be colored for branding purposes and easy load identification.

NAS3 is “Best in Class” for maintaining consistent velocity between rounds. In an independent test performed by H.P. White Laboratory (a major munitions testing facility), rounds fired using NAS3 cases achieved a velocity standard deviation of 0.093 FPS (124-grain FMJ bullet, 4.2 grains Titegroup powder, 10 rounds, extreme variation 3fps).
