Benelli Reunites with Duck Commander

ACCOKEEK, Md. (November 7, 2016) – ( – Two brands synonymous with hardcore waterfowl hunting are set to combine forces once again as Duck Commander rejoins the Benelli family, effective immediately.

As part of the partnership between these two stalwart brands, Benelli will be the exclusive shotgun provider for the Duck Commander media properties.

“Our relationship with Benelli started back in 2006 and the company has always been a great partner to us,” said Duck Commander CEO Willie Robertson. “Benelli’s support, enthusiasm and dedication allowed us to successfully work together with the common goal of providing hunters and shooters with quality products.”

In 2009, Benelli gave its support to Duck Commander by becoming the title sponsor of “Benelli Presents Duck Commander,” the show that led to the creation of “Duck Dynasty,” and the subsequent global launch of the Duck Commander brand.

“Our entire crew is thrilled to reestablish this partnership,” Robertson said.

As a global leader in duck calls and other hunting gear, Duck Commander’s partnership with Benelli is a natural fit. Known internationally for reliable and innovative shotgun designs, Benelli’s inertia-driven Super Black Eagle chambered for 3 1/2-inch shells was the first semi-auto shotgun reliable enough to be widely accepted as a go-to waterfowl gun – a legacy of leadership that continues to follow it and many other Benelli models.

The Benelli partnership complements Duck Commander’s powerful stable of other marketing partners, which also include Realtree, Under Armour, Hevi Shot, Higdon, Jeb’s Choke Tubes and Mojo Outdoors, each representing the best duck-hunting products in their category.

“We’re very happy to see Duck Commander’s renewed focus on providing quality hunting products for hardcore waterfowl hunters,” said Benelli USA Vice President of Brand Marketing Tim Joseph. “Benelli’s shared passion for waterfowl hunting makes this a very natural partnership and we’re excited to bring Benelli and Duck Commander back together again.”
