Franchi Extends Instinct L Over-and-Under Shotguns Line with Sub-Gauge Offerings

The Instinct L is now available in 28 gauge and .410 bore, joining the previously released 12- and 20-gauge versions. Known for producing best-in-class shotguns with high-end fit, finish and performance, Franchi’s Instinct L is a classic over-and-under shotgun delivering unparalleled performance in the field or at the range.

A color case-hardened, all-steel receiver is at the heart of the Instinct L, delivering added strength for a lifetime worry-free performance. The distinctive receiver includes a tang-mounted automatic safety, which doubles as a barrel selector. Other features include a gold-plated trigger, automatic ejectors, removable chokes and a gold-engraved “Instinct L” on the receiver’s right side.
Highest-quality components and eye-catching aesthetics are not confined to the receiver of the Instinct L, which also features a Prince of Wales stock cut from A-Grade satin walnut and features cut checkering on the slim fore end and pistol grip. A traditional oil stain finish complements the grain of the wood while also protecting it from the elements.
Weighing in at only 6 pounds with an overall length of 45-1/2 inches, both the 28-gauge and .410 bore versions of the Instinct L give shooters a smooth, balanced swing on fast-moving birds and targets.
