Selecting a riflescope for your AR-15 rifle can be a stressful affair, especially if you don’t have access to a money tree. That being said, we recently received the Nikon P-223 4-12×40 AR riflescope, which comes in at a very attractive price point (approx $250).
As the name implies, the Nikon P-223 is designed for the AR platform. It features open circle aiming points at 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600 yards with additional hash-marks at 250, 350, 450 and 550 yards.
