Houston TX – Comp-Tac Victory Gear, a leading US manufacturer of holsters for the personal defense and competition markets is proud to announce that Ryan Preece has been hired as their Director of Dealer Sales.
As Comp-Tac’s Director of Dealer Sales, Preece has already had integral input into the design and roll out of a brand new, improved 2015 Dealer Program. Preece will be responsible for maintaining an effective dealer program, seeking new growth opportunities through contact with dealer customers and working to bring Comp-Tac to more retail locations around the country.

Ryan brings to Comp-Tac over a decade of sales leadership experience in the outdoor goods and firearms markets. Prior to joining Comp-Tac, Ryan had positions of a Contracted Outside Sales Representative for Voodoo Tactical, manager and sales for Blade-Tech Industries and Assistant Store Manager for G.I Joes Sporting Goods. Ryan has experience as a Shot Show Coordinator and Sales Manager, Corporate Sales, Media Relations Manager and multiple positions as retail store manager and management training programs.
Preece will be available at the upcoming SHOT Show, in the Comp-Tac Booth #2051, to answer questions on the Comp-Tac Dealer Program.
