My wife has been asking me for my Christmas wish list, so I thought this weekend would be a perfect time to visit the new Cabela’s in Acworth, GA.
As you might suspect, the store was loaded with tons of gifts for the gun owner in your life. They had a great selection of firearms and firearm accessories. That being said, I was faced with one major disappointment…
On my list this year is an Aimpoint PRO. I had hoped to get one in my wife’s hands so she could see for herself want an outstanding gift this red dot would make for her loving husband. However, that dream came crashing down when I found out that Cabela’s does not carry Aimpoint. They did have a nice selection of Vortex, EOTech, and other optics, but no Aimpoint.
That disappointment aside, this Cabela’s is a great store for gun owners and outdoor enthusiasts. This is actually the first Cabela’s I have been to, but I assume their other stores are just as impressive. If you have one nearby, be sure to check it out.
