MidwayUSA is excited to announce Adam Ray as Vice President of Customer Support. Adam is an NRA Endowment Member, a graduate of the University of Missouri and Case Western Reserve University – Weatherhead School of Management and is a long-standing Employee of MidwayUSA. He has held many positions over the years and most recently served as the Vice President of eCommerce.

Adam will provide overall strategic leadership through the development, implementation and improvement of MidwayUSA’s eCommerce Platform, as well as its other Customer Support processes including Customer Listening and Learning System Management and chat/email/phone interactions through Contact Center Management.
