Fulfillment is being handled by LWRCI, and requires submission of a rebate request form, federal form 4473, proof of purchase receipt, and UPC sticker. Rebate forms can be downloaded at www.lwrci.com/aimpointpromo. LWRCI will ship the optic to the dealer within 4-8 weeks of receiving complete information. All requests for rebate optics must be postmarked and received no later than September 30, 2015 in order to qualify.
