GLOCK style LP, purveyors of fine quality hunting and shooting sports apparel and accessories, is pleased to announce the arrival of the “little brother” to the Loden Jacket with the introduction of the Lightweight Loden Jacket to its hunting apparel line. Uncomplicated and robust, the Lightweight Loden Jacket is suitable for cold days in warmer climates or for hunting in higher altitudes during the warmer months.
The straight cut jacket, made of a loden blend of 70% virgin wool and 30% nylon with a 100% polyester lining, provides a high degree of comfort through its extreme breathability and heat regulation. The jacket is also water repellant, keeping the hunter dry on those days when caught in the field during an unexpected storm. An overlying concealed placket protects the two-way zipper, which allows the jacket to open and close easily. Fit of the jacket may be adjusted with an adjustable drawstring cord located at the waist and button closure wrists, allowing for a custom fit for the individual wearer. Integrated motion pleats located at the back of the arm provide the hunter with the freedom necessary to aim for that perfect shot.
The Lightweight Loden Jacket comes with a varied pocket combination that provides storage space for all the hunter’s needs, including one zippered left breast pocket, two slit pockets, a buttoned patch pocket on the left arm, two buttoned patch pockets at the front (with additional side openings) and two interior breast pockets, one with a zipper. There is also a game pouch on the back of the jacket.
The Lightweight Loden Jacket is available in olive for purchase on the website for $379.00 and comes in sizes S – 3XL. Please note, the jackets are generously cut and it is advised to order one size smaller than normally worn with sizes L, 2XL and 3XL.
