LaserMax Sues Sellmark for Patent Infringement

June 4, 2014 (Rochester, NY) – LaserMax today announced the filing of a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against Sellmark Corporation. The complaint alleges infringement of LaserMax’s U.S. Patent No. 7,743,547 by several Sellmark products. LaserMax seeks monetary damages, a finding that Sellmark willfully infringed LaserMax’s patent and a finding that the case is exceptional. LaserMax invests substantial time, money and effort into the development of its intellectual property and is dedicated to defending its rights against any entity that infringes upon them.
